Can includes initial in-person or zoom meeting to analyze existing organizational structure and identify possible areas of improvement. Thereafter, discussions and advice via telephone/signal and email. The areas and focus of review will depend on the nature and needs of the individual organization but could include:
- Review/amend organizational Articles and Bylaws
- Review policy and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with employment, labor, health, safety, and human rights law – may include harassment policy, privacy, work place safety, diversity/human rights, employee classifications and employment agreements
- Review/draft non-profits information and operating procedure manuals
- Review of client contract provisions
- Marketing, Privacy, and anti-spam compliance
- Online presence including website WCAG compliance
- Regulatory compliance ie licensing, municipal bylaw, environmental etc
